What disappoints guests most often are operational hiccups and time management. On some small-group tours, reviewers mention feeling rushed at key stops or spending too much time on the bus. A few guests on the Small-Group Best Beaches in Orange County Day Tour report last-minute cancellations due to low bookings or communication issues. On the higher end, complaints are rare, but one review of a private LA tour noted that the vehicle was cramped when fully booked. Across all options, the best-rated tours share experienced, personable guides and a clear, well-communicated itinerary.
